1. Toast the bagel. 2. Fry the egg in a frying pan with light cooking spray so they didn’t stick. I cooked my quickly on each side to make sure it was still a little soft in the center. 3. Top the bagel with avocado, spicy mayo, eggs, arugula, and feta cheese.
