What you need

cup oat milk

cup dark brown sugar

tbsp vanilla extract

cup gluten free all purpose flour

tbsp ground cinnamon

pinch salt
cup nut butter
Instructions
1. Cut bread into 1” cubes. Add to a glass baking dish or brownie pan. 2. In a bowl, mix together the wet ingredients: eggs, egg whites, oat milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. 3. Pour the wet ingredients over the top of the bread cubes. Cover with tin foil. Store in fridge overnight. 4. Mix together the topping ingredients: gluten free flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. 5. Next, add butter. Mix together until the mixture looks like wet sand.
