cauliflower

corn chips

cup bbq sauce

cup bread crumbs
Instructions
1. Slice the cauliflower into smaller florets. 2. In a food processor add the chips and breadcrumbs. Blend together. Add to medium sized bowl. 3. In a second medium sized bowl, a crack 2 eggs and whisk together. 4. Dip cauliflower floret into eggs, then breadcrumb mixture, and set onto a lined baking sheet. 5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. 6.
