This sandwich can be made as a dairy free recipe or as a lower fat option. For the dairy free recipe use dairy free cheese. For a lower fat recipe use egg whites and fat free cheese.

gluten-free bagel

turkey bacon

tbsp vegan cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Slice the bagel and half and placed 1/2 in the center of a frying pan. 2. Crack an egg in the center of the bagel and cover with top. Click on medium heat until the egg is fully cooked. 3. Top with shredded cheese and let it cook one more minute until the cheese is melted. 4. Remove the bagel or an egg from the pan and set on a plate. 5. Top with bacon an optional catch up.
