Cheesy Parmesan and Cheddar Eggs

This cheesy egg recipe can be made as a low fat recipe or as a dairy free recipe. For the dairy free recipe use dairy free cheese. For the low fat recipe use fat free cheese and egg whites.

What you need

tsp parsley

tbsp oat milk

vegan cheddar cheese

vegan cheese

garlic salt

black peppercorn

gluten-free bagel
Instructions
1. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Whisk eggs, cheese, milk and seasoning together in a pan and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Continuously stir while cooking. 2. Continue to cook for another 2-4 minutes by removing from heat for 10 seconds and adding back to heat for 30 seconds continuously so not to overcook until the eggs. Once done, the eggs will be cooked and the cheese will be melted. 3. Remove from heat and add to breakfast bowl, bagel or toast!View original recipe
